************************* COMEDIANS LINEUP *************************

The year was 1994 and something was brewing in his homeland. A small but enthusiastic live comedy scene was in it's infancy where before there had been none – there had been plenty of infancy but no live comedy to speak of. Anyway, Andrew wanted to be part of this comedy explosion in his home land, so he returned to the country of his birth and led the way in raising the standard and expectations of live comedy in New Zealand. At the time, he was only professional stand up comedian in New Zealand but that soon changed as the industry grew exponentially in the following years to where it has now an ever expanding list of internationally recognised comedy talents, Andrew being one of these.

“Andrew Clay... one of New Zealand's best stand up comedians” NZ Listener

Joey Medina, a Puerto Rican who was born and raised in the Bronx, New York, is one of the freshest and funniest comedians around today. Joey spent most of his teen years perfecting his boxing skills that would one day earn him a State Championship as a Professional and a shot at the world title before becoming a heavy-hitter in the comedy arena. Joey is a veteran in TV Production, acting and he also hosted his own Morning Radio Show in Los Angeles on KXOL 96.3 FM.

‘One of the few comedians that can bridge together urban and mainstream comedy…” Latin Style Magazine
Perennial globetrotter Marcus Ryan is a gifted storyteller with a natural comic bent. Australian born but UK based for several years, Marcus kicked off his career in Melbourne honing his skills on the local circuit, with a runner up in Raw Comedy 2003, a finalist in Green Faces 2003 and an invitation to the Edinburgh Fringe the same year, followed by a selection for Comedy Zone 2004. Other highlights of his career include mentoring and hosting 4 rising comics from Darwin in the Adelaide Fringe 2011 and being the only comic from outside of North America selected to participate in the World Series of Comedy 2011.

‘Effortlessly funny...unpretentious, informal, belly-laughs-a-minute stand-up’ 3Weeks
